We currently offer in-person or virtual personalized tours. These tours are available by appointment. The admissions office will contact you for your tour after the inquiry. For an in-person tour, we would like to meet the student applicants on campus. For a virtual tour, we would like to meet the student applicants in the last 5–10 minutes.

Please print the Request for Transcript Form from the appropriate section of the online application. Print the applicant’s name (student name) on the form and provide a parent/guardian signature authorizing the release of the student’s transcript.
Once completed, please upload the signed form to the appropriate section of the online application.

Applicants applying to grades 1–8 are required to provide their current teacher’s name and email address in the appropriate section of the application form. The Admissions Office will contact the teacher directly to request the recommendation.
Teacher recommendations are confidential and must be submitted directly to New Horizon School Pasadena Admissions by the teacher.

E-mail the form to the applicant’s current teacher, and ask the teacher to directly e-mail their recommendation back to the NHSP Admissions office at admissions@newhorizonschool.org . This is a confidential form that must be provided to the school by the teacher only.
Students applying to grades 1 – 8 will be scheduled for a student assessment that will take approximately 90 minutes. Applicants will be assessed in reading, math and writing. We will have a brief chat with them to get to know them better and answer any questions they might have.
