Celia Youines

Celia Youines (“Miss Celia”) has an extensive history with New Horizon.. She has been an active parent from 1999 to present. She served on the PTO board for over 5 years and was responsible for the success of numerous fundraising events over her 20-year tenure. As a staff member, she has supported our library and our early childhood classrooms–first as a Substitute, later as an Early Childhood Assistant, and currently as a Co-Teacher in the Pre-Kindergarten Classroom. Mrs. Youines has a strong background in Early Childhood Education and is a certified Physical Therapy Aide. Prior to her employment at New Horizon, Mrs. Youines had 8 years of experience in Early Child Development. Her passion for growing and supporting our inquisitive young minds is evident through the outpouring of love she provides for each and every one of the children she cares for at New Horizon.
